Description
Seeking a full-time on-site professional community association manager for a 903-home HOA in a gated community in Danville, California. As General Manager, will report to the Board of Directors, directly supervise a 2.5 person office staff, part-time accountant, part-time maintenance worker, and all service contracts and contractors. General Manager oversees an annual operating budget of over three million dollars. Crow Canyon Country Club Estates Community Association (CCCCECA) is a Common Interest Development Community consisting of 556 single story attached homes built in quads of four units each and 347 detached homes. A private, separately owned and managed golf and country club is located inside the gates and the majority of the homes line the fairways. Association owned common areas include one 24-hour staffed entry gate, two unstaffed gates, over five miles of private streets, exterior fencing, 6 swimming pools, several neighborhood parks and greenbelts, and a large unlandscaped natural area. All owners pay monthly assessments to maintain these amenities and owners of attached homes pay additional fees primarily for insurance, roofs, exterior painting, landscaping, and rear fences.
Requirements
Must have strong customer service focus and be willing to work closely with the Board of Directors and 7 homeowner volunteer committees.
Prior community management experience required.
Prior on-site management desirable.
CCAM certification or equivalent required.
