At Novi AMS, we have changed the game. Our Association Management Software is the only AMS built by associations, for associations. We believe that our customers should love using our software and that our customers should be an integral part of the development process.

Our team comes together daily to innovate and create impact – we like to call it amplifying change. We are looking for a senior software engineer who is passionate about their work to join us on our mission.

Company History

Novi AMS is the only association management software (AMS) built for associations, by associations. Born out of one association’s strategic plan, Novi AMS was solution to a list of pain points that had been plaguing that particular organization for years. And they weren’t alone.

Pete Zimek, Founder and CEO of Novi AMS was challenged by colleagues to build the software. Pete knew the challenges trade associations faced and served as a leader in associations across Florida making him the perfect choice to spearhead the project. However, the success of Novi has ultimately been realized through the collaboration between association executives and a software development team with extensive experience in the association space. The project has been laser focused on one goal since inception – to build association management software that amplifies the change that associations create within their communities.

At Novi, our team continues to come together to innovate and create impact. We’ve discovered with a strong team, #NoWorkarounds, and solving problems with collaboration, the possibilities are endless for our customers and ourselves.
